These Terms & Conditions apply to cleaning services provided by Speedy Scrubbers Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to customers in Sydney, NSW.
1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both the customer and Speedy Scrubbers. Customers must provide accurate information about the property, required services, and access arrangements.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on the information provided and the agreed scope of work. Additional charges may apply if the actual condition or requirements of the property differ from the original booking. Payment is due according to the invoice or agreed payment terms.
3. Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply if our cleaners cannot access the property as arranged.
4. Cleaning Results
We provide professional cleaning services using appropriate methods and products. However, some stains, marks, odours, or damage may be permanent and cannot always be completely removed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should secure valuable, fragile, or personal belongings before cleaning and inform us of any existing damage, hazards, delicate surfaces, or special requirements.
6. Cancellations
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a booking. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply for late cancellations.
7. Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care while providing our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, defective materials, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable resolution.
9. Safety
We may refuse or stop a service if the property presents an unsafe or hazardous environment for our staff or customers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
